• Prescription-based products will only be dispatched upon successful prescription verification.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Some remote areas may take longer due to logistics limitations.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

• A flat ₹49 shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹499.

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc., to ensure your order reaches you on time.

6. Order Tracking

• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
